How Do You Handle Returns?


We accept returns on products that are still in their original condition, according to the conditions outlined below, which include fair use guidelines. These regulations have no bearing on your statutory rights.

If you decide to return an item within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or collected from the courier or post office, we will send in a replacement as soon as possible, however the return and redelivery charges are to be covered by the customer. We are not liable to any physical damage sustained during the return process as it is to be managed solely by the customer in question. Damaged return items will be sent back after examination.

ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

For hygienic concerns, the following items cannot be returned for a refund:

- If the seal has been tampered with or is broken, pierced jewelry is prohibited.

- If the item appears to be damaged from use (scratches, exposed to chemicals)

We realize that you need to try the item on for size, just as you would in a shop, but please do not wear it for extended periods of time. If an item is returned to us damaged as a consequence of wear, clearly worn (e.g. scratched surface), or in an unsaleable state, we will not be able to issue a replacement and will return it to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). Please note that on return, every piece is examined.

All returned products, including tags, should be delivered in their original condition and packing.

Responsibility

Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're well packaged and won't be damaged in transit!

Since the shipment is your responsibility until it is returned to us, obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

We are not liable for any customs fees that may be imposed as a consequence of returned products.

WE DO NOT PROMISE NOR OFFER MONEY BACKS/ REFUNDS

These pieces take a great deal of time & effort to design, then assemble, then import. Therefore, we do not offer money backs.

There are a number of great jewelry retailers who do offer refunds & there is no pressure to purchase from us if a refund is important to your decision-making process.
