We are partnered warehousing facilities in the UAE with plans to expand into the Middle Eastern region in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process & deliver your orders.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 10 days, you are eligible for a full refund.We believe no customer should regret ever purchasing from us, therefore if you notice any flaw in craftsmanship, simply inform us via email along with proof of purchase at hello@grxitvegas.com & we'll issue a replacement right away. All we ask is that it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging within 15 days of delivery.

These pieces take a great deal of time & effort to design, then assemble, then import. Therefore, we do not offer money backs.There are a number of great jewelry retailers who do offer refunds & there is no pressure to purchase from us if a refund is important to your decision-making process.
